In-Person Ergonomic Consultations

Your pain keeps getting worse…

You can’t even finish your workday without pain. You fear that if you keep going, you won’t be able to work anymore.

And the pain doesn’t stop when you leave work. It’s affecting your personal life, too.

That shoulder pain you’ve been trying to ignore keeps you from wearing your favorite outfits. They’re just too hard to put on.

Even grocery shopping has become a chore because you can’t lift the bags without your wrist pain flaring up.

And going out to have fun? When you’re in pain, it just doesn’t have the appeal it used to.

You have a unique work setup with a unique set of symptoms.

Your tools no longer work for you because you don’t feel like your hand has the strength it once had.

Your constant mouse-clicking gives you finger and wrist pain.

Your desk chair is too tall, so you feel hunched over at work.

You really feel that someone should take a look to see exactly what you are talking about.

No, you’re not crazy or making it up!

No matter your situation, I am here to hear and see you.

By identifying the ergonomic risk factors at your job, such as awkward postures, force, repetition, poor lighting, or vibration, I can determine whether your work setup is treating your body well or contributing to your symptoms.

I can also evaluate whether the ergonomic equipment is right for you. You might have the right equipment but not be using it correctly, or you might need different equipment altogether.

You really need someone to show you exactly what you need and what to do.

If a virtual ergonomic consultation is not for you, we can do it in person.

If you live in Northeast Maryland or Northern Delaware, I will personally come out to your home or workspace. I will travel as far as the Philadelphia region in some cases.

I will follow the same process as a virtual consultation, but I will be there to help you move things or make those changes.

If your work setup has a unique set of problems, I can thoroughly assess them “in real life” and get a good “feel” for your concerns.

Change your space to change your life!

It’s important to ensure your workspace isn’t causing your symptoms. Identifying risk factors early can help prevent your minor pains from becoming major injuries.

If you are unsure what is right for you, contact me, and we can talk about it. I’ll work with you and help you to decide.

Don’t delay until it’s too late!
